About This Project

Valamar Tale is a large tourism and residential project on the coast of Tale in northern Albania. The project includes luxury villas, apartments, a five-star hotel, recreational areas and commercial facilities, with the master plan focused on integration with nature, sustainability and a high-quality coastal experience. The design is inspired by Japanese architect Toyo Ito and consists of a structure of separate islands that connect harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.
